April Model Meeting Notes

Thanks everyone for coming to the meeting! Here's what we discussed: • VP position will be opening: Candidates will be interviewed, and speaking with models and answering questions, so models will have input on who is selected. • Mentorship program is being created. Announcement of a Head Mentor position, and also a mentor assistant. Everyone may apply. These two people will help us create ways to prepare new models, help in recruiting, and more. This is a staff position and you must be present to report out at staff meetings. Trial period to start. • Introduction to model ranking incentive program: Complete certain tasks and move up a level with a different marking to demonstrate your level. Models could also be demoted. • Skill development for models (Show downs, classes, contests) • Sassy is main editor and Val is now her assistant (Val is not staff) • New website preview: All of EE for photo opp for the homepage • New Enchanted Badge created (see badge thread) • Be polite to anyone who enters the office. If you go in to park, don’t go in at all. We need to be available to greet people. • Meet and greets will be once a month. • Recruitment Challenge – The model who brings in the most new recruits (interviews completed, so they are put on trial) by the Meet & Greet on April 24th will win 5k toward her closet! • We have made 48k in badges! Events: Miss Majestic Pageant – Saturday, May 21st at 7 p.m. Apps end April 16th.
